Despite our past failures, Project Abraham is making
definite progress. That is why we are adding Sgt. Hale to
the list of potential test subjects. The serum has been
refined greatly due to the data we have accumulated, so we
applaud your hard work as well as the diligence of the PA
team as a whole.
