Fade up from black. Shown from the viewpoint of an unknown male lying on a gurney, a group of medical staff and soldiers are rushing him down a pale green hallway with propaganda posters on the wall. The patient is in dire condition and the quality of his "sight" and "hearing" are therefore unstable; at various times his vision rolls, has oversaturated colors, blurs, and seems to skip back and forth in time.
Cassie: You're gonna be okay.
Doctor: (in the background) His blood pressure's 135.
Time skips backward.
Cassie: Can you grab my hand? (pause) You're gonna be okay.
Time skips backward.
Cassie: (to the doctor) What's happening to him?!
Time skips forward.
Cassie: You're gonna be fine.
Vision fades to black.

Vision flashes up from black. They are now stationary in an operating room.
Patient: (breathing heavily)
Nurse: (to the doctor) We can't get through his skin.
Doctor: Get out of the way.
Time skips backwards.
Cassie: (to the patient) What are you feeling?
Time skips forward.
Cassie: (to the doctor) He wants help!
Time skips backward.
Cassie: (to the patient) What's going through your mind?
Time skips forward.
Cassie: (to the doctor) Did you hear me?!
Time skips backward.
Cassie: (whisper) What's he saying?
Time skips forward.
Cassie: (to the doctor) You can't do this! Stop it!
Cassie grabs the doctor's arms.
Doctor: Hey! Move.
Cassie: No, you can't do this! NO!
Time skips backwards.
Cassie: What are you doing?!
Time skips forward.
Doctor: (to the guard) Get her out of here.
The guard grabs Cassie and drags her away from the gurney.
Cassie: You're killing him! Stop!
Vision goes black and a flatline tone is heard. The tone eventually staccatos into morse code.

The proper sequence of events can be approximated by context and studying the background.

Cassie: (to the doctor) What's happening to him?! (to the patient) Can you grab my hand? (pause) You're gonna be okay.
Doctor: (in the background) His blood pressure's 135.
Cassie: You're gonna be fine.

Cassie: What are you feeling? What's going through your mind? (whisper) What's he saying? (pause) He wants help!
The doctor and nurse pay no attention to Cassie.
Nurse: (to the doctor) We can't get through his skin.
Doctor: Get out of the way.
Cassie: Did you hear me?!
Cassie sees the Doctor trying to inject the patient.
Cassie: No! What are you doing?! You can't do this! Stop it!
Cassie grabs the doctor's arms.
Doctor: Hey! Move.
Cassie: No, you can't do this!
Doctor: (to the guard) Get her out of here.
The guard grabs Cassie and drags her away from the gurney.
Cassie: You're killing him! Stop!

Morse Code

At the end of the video a flatline tone turns into morse code which reads:

-... .-.. .- -.-. -.- --- ..- -

Which translates to:

BLACKOUT

Adding "blackout" to the end of the url gives ProjectAbraham.com/Blackout.
