Dr.Fyodor Malikov
Dr.Fyodor Malikov(the man responsible for Nathan Hale in RFOM) is a russian scientist and The Scientific Director of Base Station Genesis. His work in Genesis is in accordance with the work done in Project Abraham. Their common goal is to create a serum that will develop a "Sentinel" supersoldier and a vaccine to the "European Influenza". Dr.Malikov's serum experiments include volunteer subject Jordan Adam Shepherd and Project Abraham subjects Sgt. Nathan Hale, among others. Malikov is known for having an "inhibitor serum" in development at his Utah lab with Private Capelli.
Real Life Frankenstien
In an AFAO newsletter it was said that Malikov was performing dangerous experiments on volunteer subject Jordan Adam Shepherd and was keeping him hostage within a containment cell inside the Utah lab Genesis. Fyodor is hailed as a "mad scientist" and a dangerous individual to the american public. Said experiment is believed to have mutated the soldier into something as inhuman as the chimeran creatures. It is believed that these experiments are related to Project Abraham's attempt at finding a cure for the Chimeran virus.

Malikov and Nathan Hale
According to letter in Dr.Cassie Aklin's Inbox from Colonel Grant Thompson which is titled "Injection protocol change" says that the serum that was scheduled to be injected into Sgt.Hale was substituted for the serum that was created and sent in by Malikov from Station Genesis. The serum was switched due to the positive results that Malikov said is being found in Jordan Adam Shepperd.
A letter dated Dec 12, 1950 in Cassie's Inbox from Colonel Grant Thompson Stated that Sgt. Hale had recuperated from his Injection of Malikov's serum and that his results would be fowarded back to him for future work on the "Inhibitor Serum" which he was currently formulating.
Malikov and Joseph Capelli
In a letter from Malikov to the Alaskan Project Abraham base, Malikov requested the body of comatose private Joseph Capelli, who became comatose after being injected with the Project Abraham first week serum. This letter is viewable in Capelli's dossier.
Nov 25th, 1950: Joseph Capelli, who survived a small injection of Project Abraham's first serum was sent to Dr. Malikov's Lab, Base Station Genesis to help with his current work. Joseph Capelli was the only survivor of the Project Abraham Serum Injection.
