Dr.Fyodor Malikov(the man responsible for Nathan Hale in RFOM) is a russian scientist and The Scientific Director of Base Station Genesis. His work in Genesis is in accordance with the work done in Project Abraham. Their common goal is to create a serum that will develop a "Sentinel" supersoldier and a vaccine to the "European Influenza". Dr.Malikov's serum experiments include volunteer subject Jordan Adam Shepherd and Project Abraham subjects Sgt. Nathan Hale, among others.
