DR.Floyd Malikov(the man responsible for Nathan Hale in RFOM) is a russian scientist and The Scientific Director of Base Station Genisis. His work in Genisis is in accordance with the work done in Project Abraham. Their common goal is to create a serum that will develope a "Sentinel" supersoldier and a vaccine to the "European Influenza". DR. Real Life Frankenstien
In an AFAO newsletter it was said that Malikov performing dangerous experiments on volunteer subject Jordan Adam Shepard and is keeping him hostage within a containment cell iside the Utah lab Genisis. Said experiment is believed to have mutated the soldier into something as inhuman as the chimeran creatures. Floyd Malikov as hailed as a "mad scientist" and a dangerous individual to the american public. It is believed that these experiments are related to Project Abraham's attempt at finding a cure for the Chimeran serum and so perhaps JAS is tunring Chimera. --ClasifyedJ
DR.Floyd Malikov's work with Sergant Nathan Hale/"Inhibitor Serum"
According to letter in DR.Cassie Aklin's Inbox from Colonel Grant Thompson which is titled "Injection protocol change" says that the serum that was scheduled to be injected into Sgt.Hale was substituted for the serum that was created and sent in by DR. Floyd Malikov from Station Genises. The serum was switched for the positive results that Malikov said it to have been causing in his subject Jordan Adam Shepard.
The letter dated Dec,12,1950 in DR.Cassie Aklin's Inbox from Colonel Grant Thompson States that Sgt.Hale has recuperated from his Injection of Malikov's serum and that his results will be fowarded back to him for future work with an "Inhibitor Serum" which he was currentlly formulating. --ClasifyedJ
DR.Floyd Malikov's work with Private Joseph Cappelli
In a letter from Malikov to the Alaska Project Abraham base Malikov requested the body of comatose private Joseph Capelli. Private Capelli was sent into acoma after being injected with the Project Abraham week#1 serum. This letter is viewable in Capelli's dossier.
