Floyd Malikov is a russian scientist. He is the Scientific Director of Station Genisis which is a lab that conducts experiments using Similar serums as the ones created in ProjectAbraham. In an AFAO newsletter it was said that Malikov performing dangerous experiments on volunteer subject Jordan Adam Shepard and is keeping him hostage within a containment cell iside the Utah lab.
